All enquiries begin with a 15-minute WhatsApp conversation — relaxed, no pressure, no script. You share a little about where you are and what you're looking for. We share what we have and whether it's a fit. If it is, we talk about what next steps look like. If it isn't, we'll say so honestly.

What the 15 minutes actually is

A quick word on what to expect from the call itself — because it matters to be honest about this upfront.

The 15-minute WhatsApp conversation is not a session. It's not a consultation where you leave with answers, solutions or a plan. It's a scan — a first, honest look at where you are and whether what we offer is genuinely what you need right now.

Think of it as two people in a doorway, taking a moment to properly look at each other before deciding whether to step inside. We're listening for what's underneath what you bring. You're getting a feel for whether this is the right space and the right support for where you are.

What tends to happen in that time: you share a little of what's going on, we ask a question or two that goes a layer deeper, and something usually clarifies — for both of us — about which direction makes sense next.

You'll hear back within 24 hours to arrange a time. The conversation is unhurried — 15 minutes is a guide, not a hard stop if something important is still unfolding. And there is no obligation to commit to anything during or after the call.
